High grade general purpose flour is packaged in paper bags of 1, 2, 3, 5 kg.

Flour for pasta products, with the addition of bran and from whole ground grain, is packaged in 2 kg paper bags. Whole wheat flour contains vitamins, proteins and minerals that are not only in the endosperm, but also in the bran and germ.

Wheat bran is a source of a number of biologically active substances and dietary fibers and contains on average 15.1% proteins, 3.8% fats, 53.6% carbohydrates, 8.2% fiber, they are added to various dishes (first courses, jelly, jelly , meatball products, cabbage rolls, etc.)
